The National Test Agency (NTA) has invited online applications for the NEET UG 2025 admission. Interested candidates who meet all eligibility criteria can apply online. Before submitting the application form, candidates are advised to read the full notification carefully.

Eligibility Criteria

• Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB Group) from any recognized board in India.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 17 Years
• Maximum Age: 25 Years
• Born Before: 31 December 2008
• Age as on: 31 December 2025
• Age relaxation as per government rules.

Eligibility Codes for NEET UG 2025

1. Code 01: Candidates appearing in the 12th Standard in 2024 can apply, but admission is subject to passing the qualifying exam.
2. Code 02: Higher/Senior Secondary Examination with PCB and English.
3. Code 03: Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science with PCB and English.
4. Code 04: Pre-professional/Pre-medical Examination with PCB and English.
5. Code 05: First year of a three-year degree course with PCB and English.
6. Code 06: B.Sc. Examination with two subjects from PCB and earlier qualifying exam with PCB and English.
7. Code 07: Equivalent examinations with PCB and English.

Important Instructions for NEET UG 2025

• Aadhar Card is mandatory for all candidates.
• Photo Instructions: Clear passport-size photo (4×6 size) with white background, including candidate’s name and photo date.
• OBC NCL Certificate: Issued between 01 April 2024 and 31 March 2025.
• SC/ST/GEN-EWS Certificate: Issued on or after 01 April 2024.
